Day 121

Hello,

Here is what we did on Friday.

Calendar: Today our routine was led by Kashish.
Phonics: Today we did show and share! First we presented our items and spelt them together on the board. Here are some pictures!

Journal: Next we started working on journal and writing about "To keep my teeth healthy I..."

Lunch/Recess

Art: Please see Ms. Kerr's blog for more information.
Math: Today we did the math test. When everyone has written the test I will send it home.

Lunch/Recess

UOI: Today we did centers for police officers and dentists as community helpers! We had four centers:

1. Sorting food that is good for the teeth VS bad for the teeth
2. Dramatic play dressing up as a dentist. They had coats, tooth brushes, tooth paste, masks and gloves. They checked each others teeth and pretended to brush their teeth.
3. Painting. They made police cars out of their hands! They put their hands in blue paint and put it on the paper. Next they drew on blue and red lights and black wheels.
4. Finishing their journal.
