Monday May 16th 2016

Hello,

Here is what we did today.

Spelling bee: This morning we did the spelling bee! I am so proud of everyone for the amazing spelling they did today. No matter what place you came in I am still proud! The top three for SK are Aashrith, Lennard and Justin! Good work everyone!

Lunch/Recess

Calendar: Today our routine was led by Bryce.
Phonics: Today we started working on the "oi" sound. We sang the song and practiced the actions. Next we made a list on the board of words that have that sound in it. Finally we used play-doh to make words with the "oi" sound.

Arts night: We continued to practice the dance and song! They are doing well!

Lunch/Recess

Math: Today we did the pre-assessment for our new unit measurement!
Daily Five: We did individual and partner reading.

Have a great night!

Miss. Ross
