As of now, our schedule is changing all around! Here is what we did today.
Calendar: Today our routine was led by Kashish! Welcome back Kashish!
Phonics: Today we started working on the sound "ee". We made a list of words that have this sound in it. They remembered lots of words! Next they went into partners and made a word out of playdoh that has that sound in it.
French: Please see Mlle. Jessica's blog for more information.
Gym: Please see Mr. Slyk's blog for more information.
Lunch/Recess
UOI/Journal: This week we will be talking about happiness. Today we made a list of things that make us happy. They thought of a lot of great things! We talked about the kinds of things that give us happiness and the things that wont make us happy. Next we wrote two sentences about things that make us happy and drew a picture.
Daily Five: We did some silent reading, partner reading and rainbow writing.
Lunch/Recess
Math: Today we continued to talk about subtraction. I was really impressed with the work they are doing! Great work!
Have a great night!
